Before booking your appointment with us, please familiarise yourself with the following information:
Covid-19 Specific Terms and Conditions
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and regulations, please note:
- You must cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
- You will not be accepted into the salon at your appointment if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms. These include but are not limited to:
Fever
Cough
Sore throat
Shortness of breath
Fatigue
Aches and Pains
Headaches
Runny or stuffy nose
Diarrhea
Upon arriving to your appointment, you will be required to:
- Use hand sanitiser before entering the salon
- Provide your full name, address and contact details as per Covid-19 patient record keeping guidelines.
- Keep your shoes on until getting on the beauty bed, and putting them on immediately after the service is finished.
Other people will not be permitted to come with you to your appointment. Please do not attempt to bring anyone (family and friends) as they will be required to wait elsewhere.
Contactless payment is ideal to decrease infection risk.
- Bank Transfer is preferred at the time of appointment.
- If you wish to pay by card please do so online when booking the appointment.
- Cash is still accepted but advised against.
A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be provided in booking confirmation and reminder emails, as well as at your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
+ If you can not attend your appointment, please have the courtesy to reschedule or cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time (via initial confirmation email, text or Facebook message the page).
+ A 25% booking deposit is required when booking Lash Lifts and 'Full Set' appointments. Booking deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels with less than 24 hours notice or reschedules with less than 12 hours notice. For clients who reschedule, the booking deposit will be held for the following appointment.
+ Clients who are late to their appointments will not have the time allocated for the appointment extended, which may result in unfinished lashes. If a client is 20 minutes late their appointment will be cancelled and their booking deposit will not be refunded.
+ Clients who choose to not show to their appointments will not have their booking deposit refunded. If they choose to rebook in the future they will be expected to pay for their appointment in full and payment will not be refunded if they cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
General Information - Payment Options and Infill Policy
+ Online payment options include Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Cash or Bank Transfer payment is accepted at the time of your appointment.
+ Please do not bring any children to your appointment. It is understood that this may be inconvenient but you will have your eyes shut for the appointment and they can not be properly supervised while concentrating on your lashes.
+ To be eligible for an infill appointment you must have 40% of your eyelash extensions remaining. Infills are required every 2-3 weeks. If a client books an infill and has less than 40% remaining or has gone over 3 weeks and has too many outgrown extensions, they will be asked to reschedule and pay for a new full set.
+ We welcome clients with lashes on from other lash technicians for infill appointments. However, please be aware that there is no promise that we will be able to infill at the time of the appointment. This is because the standard that lashes are done varies dramatically and we would never infill on lash extensions that are unsafe and or causing damage. If you come and we assess your lashes and they can not be infilled you have 3 options: a) Leave the appointment free of charge without getting anything done. b) Get the unsafe lashes removed ($20). c) Get the unsafe lashes removed for free with the purchase of a new full set applied by us.
The time and cost for each appointment includes a consultation and preparation of your lashes, as well as the service itself. First time extension clients will also receive a complimentary after-care pack to take home which includes everything they need to care for their new eyelash extensions!
